Orlando Area Historical Rose Society meets at The Garden House at City of Orlando's Harry P. Leu Gardens, 1920 North Forest Ave,, Orlando FL 32803, on the first Sunday of the month (September thru May). Doors open 2:00 pm, program starts 2:30 pm
OAHRS mission is to study the historical perspectives of old garden roses and to encourage the preservation of their heritage in our gardens and landscapes. We offer many good programs and knowledgable speakers, in a friendly and fun atmosphere. A newsletter, The Historical Rose Herald, is published and mailed to members, with articles for caring for old garden roses and announcing special events. OAHRS is an affiliate member of the Deep South District and American Rose Society.
